How to go to ROME
By train
To reach Rome city centre, simply go to Labaro station and take the train towards Piazzale Flaminio.
The train station is a 10-minute walk from Casa dell'Angelo.
After passing Labaro Park, go downhill to the crossroads and turn right until you reach the station.
At the station entrance you can buy tickets from the machine (one ticket for 1.50 EURO is valid for 100 minutes and 1 metro ride).
Go down the stairs in the underpass towards "P.le Flaminio." The train timetable is displayed on the board.
You must get off at the terminus. The train takes about 20 minutes.
Once you arrive
Once you get off the train, you can easily walk to Piazza del Popolo and the Pincio Terrace of Villa Borghese.
The Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, and Piazza Venezia are all within walking distance along Via del Corso.
The Colosseum is not far from Piazza Venezia.
From Flaminio you can also find a connection to the Metro A line, for quicker access to Piazza di Spagna, Termini, Ottaviano (Vatican), San Giovanni and much more.
There are also bus and tram stops.
If not by train
From Labaro you can take bus 200, which will take you to Ponte Milvio, near which the Olympic Stadium is located.
This bus stop is located in front of the pedestrian crossing, near the intersection towards the station.
From Ponte Milvio it is still possible to reach Piazza del Popolo by taking tram 2 to Piazza Mancini.
