CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS: Check-in is possible from 4:00 PM, but we will notify you if an earlier check-in is possible. We will personally welcome you to show you the house and hand you the keys, so please let us know your expected arrival time.
Check-in is until midnight. Self-check-in is not available.

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS: You can check out independently until 11:00 AM, leaving the keys inside the house. We'll ask you to let us know your departure time so we know when to come and prepare the house for the next guests.

 

Guests must keep noise to a minimum so as not to disturb other residents in the neighborhood during quiet hours (from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM).

Smoking is prohibited inside the house, but it is permitted in the garden.

​

 

Guests are required to use the appropriate containers for separate waste collection.

​

 

Whenever Guests leave the house, it is their responsibility to check that all windows and doors are closed, in order to ensure the safety of the property.

Pets are allowed inside the house.

​

 

Guests must immediately notify the owner of any damage, fault or complaint reported by neighbors.

​
